Returns & Exchanges

At Danielle Frankel, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if your selection is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all bridal gowns and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and placed securely in the original designer packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
